About TraderXZone
TraderXZone answers money questions with explicit arithmetic. Most finance writing tells you what to think about a decision. This site shows the calculation instead: the formula, the assumptions behind every number, a table of what happens when those assumptions move, and the point where the answer flips from one choice to the other. If you disagree with an assumption, substitute your own and redo the result in a minute.
There are 72 articles so far, across 7 areas: Costs and Fees, Investing, Market Mechanics, Money Tips, Risk, Taxes, Trading. The topic index lists all of them.
What the format looks like
Take margin calls. The usual advice is "don't over-leverage." The article here derives the trigger price — loan per share divided by one minus the maintenance rate — then sweeps it across the 25%, 30%, 35% and 40% requirements brokers actually use, so you can see that a 2:1 position at a 30% house requirement breaks on a 28.57% drop while a 3:1 position breaks on 4.76%. Expense ratios, wash sales, settlement timing, and the rest get the same treatment.
Who writes it
Written by TraderX, an active derivatives trader based in Paju, South Korea, recognised by Bitget as The Fastest Growing Trader. That award reflects account growth during one contest window on one exchange — it is not a licence, not a credential, and not a promise of future returns. The site is meant to earn trust by showing its work, not by citing a title.
How the numbers are checked
Rules and thresholds are cited to primary sources — SEC, FINRA, IRS, exchange rulebooks, fund prospectuses — and every source link is verified to resolve before publication. The full process, including the use of AI assistance in drafting and how corrections are handled, is written out in the editorial policy.
